She holds a BFA in Dance, an MEd in Cross-Cultural Teaching, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation with a specialization in Administration. With 24 years of experience in K-12 public education, Dr. LeBoss has dedicated herself to transforming the lives of children and adults through teaching, coaching, and leadership.

Drawing from her background as a professional dancer and seasoned educator, Dr. LeBoss created Leaders in Motion, a groundbreaking embodied leadership development program that integrates movement with transformative leadership practices.
